Membership FAQ

How do Laundry House memberships work?

Laundry House memberships are designed to remove the mental load of laundry. Members receive automatic, bi‑weekly pickups on a set schedule assigned by Laundry House. No rebooking required — we handle the timing and send reminders before each pickup.

How often are pickups?

Memberships include two pickups per month on a consistent bi‑weekly schedule. Your specific pickup days will be assigned and confirmed after you sign up.

Do I need to schedule or remember my pickups?

No. Once your membership is active, pickups run automatically. We’ll send a reminder text before each pickup, so all you need to do is have your laundry ready.

How is membership billing handled?

Memberships are billed monthly on the date you originally signed up and renew automatically each month. This keeps billing simple and predictable.

Do unused pounds roll over to the next month?

Memberships include a set number of pounds each month. Unused pounds do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

What if I go over my included pounds?

If you go over your monthly pound allowance, any additional laundry is billed at $2.75 per pound. This allows flexibility while keeping your membership straightforward.

How much laundry fits in a pickup?

Most standard hampers fit comfortably into one 13‑gallon kitchen bag, which averages 15–20 pounds when full. Many memberships are designed to accommodate multiple bags per pickup, depending on your plan.

What detergent do you use?

Base detergent (Tide) and all Premium detergents are included in all membership tiers.

What is the turnaround time?

Most membership orders are returned within 24–48 hours, clean, folded, and neatly packaged, ready to put away.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. You can manage, pause, or cancel your membership by logging into your account. Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long‑term contracts. Memberships renew monthly and can be adjusted as your needs change.

Is one‑time service available instead of a membership?

Yes. One‑time laundry service is available for occasional help or for those who want to try Laundry House before committing to a membership. For ongoing, hands‑off service, most clients find memberships offer the greatest ease.

Who is handling my laundry?

Your laundry is handled with care by the Laundry House team, following our quality standards to ensure your items are washed, folded, and returned properly.

What areas do you serve?

Laundry House proudly serves Chandler and surrounding East Valley communities. Service availability may vary by location.
